Nandini Kaushal

Mrs. Kaushal was instrumental in initiating the first International Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in Dubai and was nominated as the 'Treasurer'. From time to time she is also engaged as a visiting faculty to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Dubai Chapter.

Belonging to a family of CAs, starting early in her career, she brings with her a legacy and a deep-rooted insight into the financials matters. Having worked with one of the Big-4s in accounting world, Mrs. Kaushal has also worked in different roles as a Finance Manager, General Manager with real estate firms across Dubai, and has been part of the region’s developing market since last many years.

She has worked as the Finance and Operations Manager for an online real estate portal across the MENA region. Successfully securing 100% marks in the Real Estate Regulatory Agency’s (RERA, Dubai) Brokers’ exam, she has been a Certified Real Estate Brokerage (CRB) Manager.

Distinction holder for instrumental and vocal music, singing, painting and travelling interest her. She had been awarded as the “Youth Role Model” during her university years for her all-around achievements. She is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner Master focusing on hands-on energy healing and chakra balancing as her avocation.
